Embroidered Mother's Day cards.

The Mother's day cards I made this year also used an image with the addition of embroidery, like I did for my Mum's lavender pillow. This time I found a couple of images of flowers I found on Pinterest and printed these onto card. I then added embroidered details onto the card, using french knots and straight stitch.

I really enjoy embroidering onto paper or card, so I'll be making more cards using this technique this year,
