Well, I have, more or less, finished. I'd still like some more shelves, or a cabinet, but most things have found a permanent home.
This table is meant to be for my paper cutter and to hold completed things before they are photographed and then put away. It's also managed to become a general dumping ground! |

This next set of pictures are of my 'supplies', ribbon, twine, lace, cards, samples, vintage linen etc etc
Completed items' storage - not very glamorous, they would look much better in vintage suitcases etc. |

I am using the window area as a display for my collages at present. I bought the dress for its fabric and lace, but it looks rather nice hung up there until I get round to cutting it up, don't you think?
My sewing table (again in need of a tidy!), button jars and the fabric stash.
I am going to be moving an armchair into here soon, so that I have somewhere comfy to sit when I'm hand sewing or doing a spot of embroidery.

What a great workroom you have. And a view, there may be no reason to ever leave... x
ReplyDeleteI have been known to lose time up there :-)
DeleteYou have a lot of wonderful and exciting bits. I would love to have a browse! It looks like a really (well ordered obviously) little treasure trove!
ReplyDeleteThank you. I have just been over to have look at your lovely blog too :-)
DeleteI love seeing other people's workspaces, always fascinating! Thanks for sharing, am going to check out your link x
ReplyDeleteThank you. I like to have a nose around other people's workrooms too.

ReplyDeleteGosh you look so organised, and well-stocked. I feel a bit ashamed, and may have to do some tidying.
ReplyDeleteOo, I do like a good much around others people's crafty spaces
ReplyDeleteIt's great to see your workspace and have a nosey at all your bits and pieces. I love the way you have stored some of them so that they are all in one place but visible. Mine are in boxes so I sometimes "miss" bits that I could have used. xx
ReplyDeleteManaged not to delete you this time! I have to have my bits and pieces on show so I can see them, otherwise I too, forget what I have. It's a trick I have picked up from looking at other people's workrooms. Though you do need a bit of space to do this, it's a good excuse to buy lovely containers! :-)

ReplyDeleteIt looks a wonderfully creative space. When you get your comfy chair in there you'll need the kettle for making a cuppa then you won't need to go anywhere!
ReplyDeleteThank you. I don't need a kettle as I have a lovely husband who brings me cups of tea and coffee :-)
DeleteWell, your doing good progress with the renovation. Carry on and please share the new look of your craft room.
